“Hotel muito confortável e bonito.”

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with good beds, hot showers, and good pressure. The central patio was delightful, and the breakfast was tasty. The location was central enough, close to the market, and a 15‑minute pleasant walk to the square with many cheap restaurants, a laundry, and mini‑markets. I also left my luggage there while I went to the Sacred Valley. The staff were very attentive. I booked a city tour with them and it was excellent. I’m not usually a fan of tours, but this one had enough time to enjoy and learn. Guide Daniel was great, and driver René was very responsible. The breakfast bread could have been better.

A cozy hotel located near many tourist spots, restaurants, and cafés; the interior has a nice colonial style, and there’s an alpaca named Rafaela inside the hotel that was lovely to see and learn about.

“Casona colonial céntrica”

The inner courtyard is very pretty, like a colonial house; however, on the first day the room wasn’t cleaned, and on the second day they only made the beds but didn’t clean the bathroom.

The hotel’s proximity to the city center is a plus, but it feels neglected and there are many ants entering the rooms.
