The rooms are beautifully designed and large, even better than in the photos. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and there’s a great tip for where to eat late at night. If we ever return to Nuoro, I hope the Exoria still has availability!

The property is central and impeccably maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent. Comfort blends with tradition in a beautiful way. I didn’t notice any notable problems or defects.

The breakfast was great with a good selection. The building is brand new and very welcoming. Among all the hotels we visited this summer (6) during our Sardinia holidays, this one is by far the best. The only downside is the location: being in the pedestrian zone of the centre means there’s no parking, so anyone not familiar with city traffic will have some trouble parking their car.

I stayed in the city centre, the room was spacious, clean and well organised, the bed and shower were outstanding, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain about.

A truly unforgettable stay! Exoria Luxury Rooms & Spa won me over in every way. The room was simply amazing: hyper spacious, ultra modern, meticulously detailed, and absolutely comfortable. The design furnishings, all new, are stunning, but the real wow factor is the bathroom, with incredible elegance and a spectacular LED lighting system that creates a refined, suggestive atmosphere. And the bed: incredibly comfortable, with a fantastic mattress you never want to leave. Breakfast, while simple, stands out for its excellent product quality. Special mention of the Sardinian cheese, especially the Fiore Sardo smoked on corbezzolo wood: a real delight, a product that tells the story of the region. Another strong point is the staff’s availability, always attentive and welcoming. We had the pleasure of chatting with the manager, who shared a lot about Sardinia, enriching our experience and helping us learn more about this wonderful land. The property blends design, comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality. It’s not just a place to stay, but an experience to live and remember. Truly commendable: I’ll definitely return and recommend this place without hesitation!
