Dining options span Western and Chinese cuisines. The hotel is near Huangsha Station, serving Metro Lines 1 and 6.

The staff were courteous, enthusiastic, and friendly. The room had many outlets that couldn’t charge devices, and there was no Type C charging port, which is inconvenient; they should keep up with the times.

The spot’s central, the lobby feels historic and the beds are comfy, the bathroom’s well‑furnished, and the price matches everything. The staff didn’t help much and told me to call them with questions, but that didn’t stop things from going fine. The room felt a bit cramped, with a narrow hallway between the beds, and the bathroom lacked enough hooks for the towels.

The property is beautiful, rooms are comfortable, there are plenty of amenities, the staff is helpful, and the location is great. If I return to Guangzhou, I’ll book here again.

The island location is quiet with less traffic. Breakfast was good, though not outstanding, but it was fine for me. The staff—from the desk to the rooms to breakfast—were great. I recommend trying all the dining options at the large shopping plaza attached to Huangsha Station across three levels.
