“Aweful we couldnt stay there”

It was terrible—rooms were stinky, bugs, old nasty carpet and bedding. The bed seemed to have bedbugs, but I didn’t notice until later. The hotel was under construction; I asked for a different room, but it was just as bad. I had to cancel and get a refund, but couldn’t even stay. I had to find another hotel. They should shut down and refund any money they charged me. The rooms were awful, the parking lot terrible, and construction materials, vehicles, and workers were everywhere.

The place smelled musty and the carpet was damp. I couldn’t close the bathroom door and there was mold on the ceiling. The top blanket burned. There were no Kleenex and I ran out of toilet paper.

“Not good I don't recommend”

I would never book there again. The highway noise and loud music from parking cars were constant. The room smelled like an ashtray and flies were everywhere.

“Nasty”

The location was decent. The cleanliness was absolutely horrible from the floor to the tub; I had to scrub them myself. Their housekeeper did a sad job—I now know to check the room before spending my hard‑earned money.

“This was our second stay here with our dog. Good price, location and staff. We will return again.”

The hotel is dog friendly, has a good location, and the staff is polite. The bathroom tub is old and terribly worn, and there was no comfortable chair in the room.
