I love this place; it’s affordable, pet‑friendly, and just steps from everything in Pismo. The staff are amazing, especially Stephanie who helped us find a bigger room so my husband’s mobility scooter could fit. We always stay here when we go to the coast. The only downside is the parking lot gets tight when it’s full.

The best part was the location: one block from the beach and Pomeroy Street downtown Pismo. In the afternoon, some loud music came from a neighboring room; we had to go downstairs to learn the house rules about noise. We upgraded our room to get a tub, but it was still upstairs and there was no elevator. They offered free coffee at breakfast.
