The room and location were nice, but this place isn’t a hotel – it charges hotel rates. There’s no lobby; check‑in requires an appointment and a €50 fee if you arrive in the evening. I got lost and was yelled at for being late; there’s no lift. It’s basically a room and a bathroom, and for €300 a night it feels very expensive.

The welcome was lovely and the staff were very kind, giving us some nice little gifts. The location is great, with many restaurants on the square and everything within walking distance. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes when we entered; the ventilation is good, but we had to buy spray because of the sheer number. The bathroom lacks storage – no shelves – and since the bed is foldable, reaching the nightstands, lights, etc. is a bit awkward. Check‑in is only until 7 pm, though they let me in later, which adds extra stress if you arrive in the afternoon or evening.

The photos didn’t reveal the room’s size, so we weren’t sure before arriving; three of us felt cramped, yet for a two‑night stay it was acceptable. The host stayed in touch, everything else was fine, and the location is excellent.

The host was very polite and attentive, greeting us at the door and explaining the room features before sending us a list of restaurants to try—an amazing gesture. The location is fantastic, walking to everything is effortless. My wife, daughter, and I stayed together; the room was spotless and daily towel changes were provided. I’ve stayed in many facilities for a long time, but none have been as comfortable as this one. The only downside is the construction across from the hotel, which can be noisy for a short period.
