“Filthy, smelly and unaccomodating.”
The location is fantastic. When you first open the tiny door to the unmanned area, you’re greeted by a very dirty rug. Then there’s a stench, like dead rats in the walls… the whole lobby and staircase smell awful. Once inside the room it’s just as bad. The room was described as large, 18 square meters, double room, but about a third of that space is a useless hallway. There’s no fridge, no armchair to watch TV, and the mugs are unwashed. It just felt filthy. Finally, the hotel staff (who you can only communicate with via text) can’t produce a receipt with a company name, even though that option was used on the booking app.
