When we arrived, a young man at reception was fantastic, giving us tips on the best spots and restaurant recommendations nearby. The central location was great, yet traffic and city noise didn’t bother the room much. The air‑conditioning unit made a loud noise and the fan strength couldn’t be adjusted, only turned on or off. Temperature could still be set and the room stayed pleasantly cool. The bed was okay, but overall the room could use some cleaning, as there was a lot of visible dirt and it smelled, especially from the bathroom side.

The spot was decent, close to the tourist area and attractions. The room was clean and the beds comfy, and the housekeeping came daily to tidy up and swap out towels.

We were greeted every day by friendly, kind, and helpful staff who offered plenty of assistance and suggestions. The breakfast team was wonderful, remembering our favorite drinks day after day and being very polite. Everything was perfect.
