A flawless hotel that leaves no room for criticism. Beyond offering the expected high‑quality services, the hotel and its owner Riccardo take care of any other needs or problems guests might have, and do so in record time. I stayed there after my car got a flat. I had only to change a tire. My rental company (Ayvens, formerly ALD) had been messing around for a week after taking the car to a body shop for reasons I couldn’t understand. Once at the hotel and after telling Riccardo about my problem, he made two calls. A tow truck picked up the car from the body shop and took it to a tire shop. The next day the car was ready and in perfect condition. Nothing at all. This hotel is highly recommended for its first‑class service and the range of resources and contacts it offers guests with problems.
