The location is only 8 mins taxi to airport. The bed is extremely comfortable. Property and area is safe. Balcony is a nice addition for plane spotting. What topped it off for me was the little amenities like complimentary face mask etc. in bathroom and cookies and juices at Tea and Coffee area. Easily accessible to airport and/or central Rome. Fantastic shower also. 0

A truly beautiful, clean apartment with excellent amenities. Check‑in was smooth and quick. You must be ready for significant airplane noise.

The bed is extremely comfortable, and the location is great for the airport. The room is clean and spotless, with thoughtful extras. The host communicated well and gave clear access instructions. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed on the fourth floor where there were no people around except the staff who came to collect my passport. There was no reception desk and no restaurant on site. Breakfast was served in small packets, even two tiny juice boxes that were confiscated by airport security. The bathroom was huge, immaculate, and the fixtures were beautiful. The spot is ideal, just minutes from the Airlink bus to the airport, and the pizza place right across the street was fantastic. It felt very impersonal, and although it was clean and comfortable, I would have crunched mentally if I had been alone; a friendly greeting or a small lobby would have helped.
