The hotel is right next to the ski slopes, which made getting out there a breeze. Unfortunately the front desk staff seemed pretty untrained and their attitude left a lot to be desired.

The personnel were friendly and the room felt spacious, which was a nice start. However, the place was sweltering even after I turned off the heating and cracked a window, and the bathroom felt dated. I couldn't get the room‑service menu to work despite scanning the QR code, and when I tried to call for help at night nothing happened; even the fries I ordered on Christmas Eve never showed up, and breakfast was a chaotic scramble for a seat.

“An incredible stay with stunning views while skiing and great food. Perfect for solo travel”

Being within walking distance of the ski centre was a huge plus – you can grab your gear and head straight to the lifts, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The buffets, especially breakfast, offered a good mix of Western dishes and the view from my room was pleasant, with heated floors keeping things cozy.

“Great hotel”

The rate included ski hire and lift passes, which made the whole thing feel like an all‑in‑one deal, and the breakfast spread was huge though clearly aimed at Chinese guests – understandable given the clientele. The downside was the lack of ski lockers; I had to lug my skis back to the hotel and leave them with the concierge in the luggage area because there was no dedicated ski storage, and I saw other guests just propping their gear in the hallways.

The facilities are solid, the room stayed warm and was spotless, and the price‑to‑value ratio is hard to beat. I really can’t think of anything that needs fixing.
