“Excellent day, I would not change anything other than that door lock in one of the bedrooms”
Everything worked well. Only a few door locks were problematic; one bedroom lock didn’t work.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the excellent staff, delicious food, and unbeatable location. However, the interior decor could use a refresh - it's starting to look a bit dated.

While I appreciated the pool manager's efforts and the hotel's central location, I was disappointed by the steep prices, subpar spa services, and untrained staff. It's hard to justify the high rates when the service doesn't quite live up to expectations - I'd recommend exploring other options for a similar price.

I was thoroughly impressed by the helpful staff, the excellent property, and the wonderful amenities like the spa and gym. The pool area is truly stunning, and the restaurant serves up delicious meals - I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, from its stunning design and location to its exceptional staff and breathtaking views. However, I was taken aback by the practice of adding an additional tip on top of the already included tip - it felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed, especially since the bills were in pesos and it was easy to misinterpret the charges.
