I was okay with the accommodation, but the food ordering was a nightmare. I placed an order at 18.17, and the staff said it would be a little late. Since I already had an order, I told them “oh, that’s fine, I can wait.” By 20:12 I saw it was taking too long and called to ask if they’d forgotten my room’s order. The front desk replied immediately, “no, we didn’t forget, it’s ready.” I said “okay.” Then at 21:00 it was still not there, and at 22:00 it was still not there, and it wasn’t until the morning that I finally had food. I thought the hotel had a restaurant, so I didn’t bring my own and planned to eat there, but they were either closed or had no food, and they didn’t inform us—just left us waiting, which was awful. I didn’t just order 100–200 baht; I ordered over a thousand. When the staff came to deliver, they said the order was ready, but it was still not okay.

It was quiet and the scenery was beautiful, lovely by the lake watching the wildlife. Having the restaurant next door was marvelous as they also did deliveries of food and drink to the accommodation.
The room was spacious, the price was reasonable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and all the facilities were complete.
