They didn’t give us a room at all, so we had to search for hotels with heavy luggage for hours after a long journey—this was unexpected and shows they didn’t do the minimum due diligence before listing the property on their site. The staff were unprofessional, the AC wasn’t working, there were mosquitos in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t clean.
