I liked everything: the outside was beautiful, the area was nice, the interior felt fancy, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast and coffee were delicious, and that pull‑out couch was probably the most comfortable I’ve slept on. The only downside was that one TV remote controlled both TVs, making it a bit tricky to use them simultaneously.

The rooms were well equipped and spacious. However, at 3 pm the room service had not arrived yet, which required a complaint.

The hotel felt very new and clean. I’m allergic to mold and fragrance, and I didn’t experience any issues, though better sealing around the shower would prevent future problems.
