“Colchón imposible de dormir”
The lobby was nice, but the mattress was a nightmare – still hurting my back. I had to pile on blankets to make it bearable, which feels unacceptable for a hotel of that level.
Excellent spot and solid facilities, but the bedding was stained and dirty. The building itself looks like it needs fresh paint and some upkeep.
Breakfast was really good.
Good location, everything was clean, though there was a strong chlorine smell after the cleaning – a bit off, but I get why they use bleach. Breakfast was solid, but there’s almost no tap water or kettle in the room. Overall, the hotel is decent for its rating, and the staff were very friendly.
