The location was central and dogs were welcome, but the hotel’s price did not match the quality of accommodation; the facilities needed renovation, especially the worn-out bathrooms.

“Superbra!”

The place was well‑organized and fresh, with a “dog corridor/room”. The female staff at reception were a real star—positive, warm, and comfortable with high service level, giving good information about city administration and tips on sights/restaurants. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean, so they did a good job. The only downside was a small issue with the carpet on the second floor of the dog corridor—apparently some dogs urinated, so the carpet had to be replaced, but the contractor did a poor job, leaving a tripping hazard.

“Partyhotel, wo schlafen unmöglich ist”

I couldn't enjoy a single moment because a party outside my window blasted music so hard the windows shook; the parking lot across the street is a hotspot for teenagers who crank up their car stereos and engines, and even after the police showed up at night it was still impossible to sleep as the walls of my room rattled. The hotel is completely overpriced.
