It was my second stay this year and I appreciated the location, the ambience, the lake view, and the access to the spa, pool and boats, all included in the stay price; being able to use the facilities before check‑in and after check‑out was a real plus. The staff’s friendliness, the room layout and amenities, and the building’s quietness also made the stay very pleasant. Overall, the service felt less smooth this time with small issues piling up: it was hard to reach the reception by phone, extra blankets requested never arrived, the indoor spa lounge was closed for a day, some areas lacked water, teas and bathrobes, and the Wi‑Fi in the room was terrible throughout the stay.

Everything was perfect; I love going to the Esterel, but it was a bit cool that weekend and I wished the outdoor fireplaces had been lit.
