“Una estancia normal de hotel, el desayuno no es completo es continental tienen que aclararlo.”

It’s a very pretty place, but it’s far from Punta Zicatela and has no transportation except for three morning schedules. At night the restaurant stays open until 8:00 pm, and you have to go out to eat; coming back is heavy and dark. Also, the listing says breakfast is included, but it’s only continental. I spoke with the manager and they added eggs, but it’s not ideal to have a half‑meals breakfast when other hotels in Puerto Escondido offer full breakfasts. It was very uncomfortable because I wanted to break the city routine and didn’t like the situation.

“A Wonderful Stay That Falls Just Short of Exceptional”

The rooms are beautiful, thoughtfully designed with comfy beds, a lovely private plunge pool, great hot showers, and a tasty breakfast served in the room. It was the perfect place to unwind after a few weeks of rustic beach living, and the staff stayed friendly throughout. However, for the price I expected a more proactive concierge and stronger hospitality. The rooms face trees instead of fully enjoying the ocean view, which feels like a missed opportunity. Overall, a nice stay, but just short of truly exceptional.

“Un sueño de lugar para parejas! Quiero volver!”

Todo es hermoso! La atención de primera, si buscas algo retirado y lleno de paz lo recomiendo 100%. El menu de desayuno, es muy limitado a mi parecer y los adicionales se me hicieron costoso. Recomendaría tener un menu mas variado con desayuno americano y otros platos mas simples. Ahora el de almuerzo WOW! Espectacular ese lo pediria de nuevo

“The good and the bad”

The whole place looks gorgeous, is well maintained, comfy, and gives a sense of privacy. The staff are attentive and friendly, quick to reply on WhatsApp, and suggest plenty of activities. The scooter rentals are a real plus, making it simple to explore the town from the hotel. What bothered us was the location: it sits on a hill, on a dirt road that ends in a dead‑end street, so reaching it by car or scooter is tough. We also disliked the food; the breakfast we had on arrival was mediocre—delayed and made of very simple dishes. Even though breakfast was included, we skipped it because of how underwhelming it was. Juice House down the hill is where the real breakfast is.
