The spot is in Gruz, close to the bus stop, but you have to climb roughly 100 stairs to reach apartment 1, which is a nightmare with luggage. The view promised was ruined because we could only see the building’s roof in front of us. The bedroom and kitchen windows faced a hallway that people used to walk through to other units, so we couldn’t open them when we left. Sitting on the balcony felt like being on the street, and neighbors constantly moved between apartments, which was uncomfortable.
