The location is truly convenient for seeing Assisi. No problems.

Just a few steps from the town square and very close to the church of Santa Chiara. The room is modest but suitable for one person. No further comments.

The location is stunning; turn the corner and you’re on the balcony terrace of Santa Chiara. The owner is friendly. The building feels old and somewhat neglected, with subpar cleanliness. I found mold in the shower, a hair dryer that had been taped shut and then fell apart after use (though it was promptly repaired), insufficient toiletries for a four‑day stay, dust mites in the bed, dust everywhere, and a damp kitchen where food had gone bad, indicating a lack of daily upkeep. The pillows were uncomfortable, filled with small beads. My room faced a noisy courtyard due to commercial activity below, lasting late into the evening. The value for money isn’t great unless you consider the location.

The location is good and the terrace view is lovely, but my room was dirty—dust on the floor and surfaces. It was very warm inside with no air‑conditioning, only a fan. Despite the convenient spot, it was noisy: a restaurant in the courtyard hosted a party that night, and the street side was loud when groups walked past on St. Chiara. The bio‑bucket in the kitchen stayed full for days, at least four, and probably even longer, so opening it was an unpleasant sight.
