“Lovely home. Cosy. Would have benefited from more breakfast options and secure building access.”

The place is well‑located and the house is lovely with a comfortable dining area. Bikes and other amenities are available. There is no on‑site staff, but the owner was reachable via WhatsApp, responded quickly, and was friendly. That absence left me with mixed feelings, though the relaxed check‑in made everything feel very smooth. I even considered staying an extra day. It’s a comfortable, nice beach hostel. The lack of staff means anyone could show up, so I didn’t feel completely secure. Breakfast only offered bread, jam, and some oranges; I can’t eat bread, so it felt a bit light. A bit of cereal and milk would have made a big difference. The shower didn’t provide any shower gel and tended to overflow onto the floor.

“Bo här”

A fantastic surf spot on the Quiberon peninsula. The house sits right where the peninsula is narrowest, so you can walk from one side to the other in a few minutes. Great vibe, friendly owners and guests. Everything is thoughtfully and kindly arranged. If you arrive by train, it stops a few hundred meters from the house. The surroundings feel like a mix of Australia, Skagen, and the Riviera. A main road runs next to the house but it doesn’t bother at all. It’s a peaceful place, yet also a perfect base to explore the peninsula, whose western side is wild with high cliffs and huge waves. The east side is calmer and idyllic. Both sides are worth seeing. A coastal trail circles the peninsula.
