“Gradevole soggiorno a Sofia”

The location is good – not central but you can walk to the centre in about twenty minutes, and the nearby metro station and shopping centre are just a few hundred metres away for all kinds of shopping. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The hotel sits on a small, narrow street with a rough curb, but otherwise the hotel is perfect.

“Fantastic hotel and friendly staff.”

The hotel was lovely and very clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. The location is a little away from the centre, but a large shopping centre and a tube station are nearby, so the location isn’t a big negative.

The hotel was a pleasant, cosy spot, clean, with tasty breakfasts and friendly, helpful staff. The only issue was a barking dog next to the house every morning.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean but a bit small, and the daily housekeeping brought fresh sheets and towels – even a kettle was a nice touch. The place is a bit far from the city centre, tucked into a dead‑end street that isn’t the most beautiful part of the city, so the value for money isn’t great, though the tram and metro stops are close. In my case the room was really small and we found an expired instant coffee next to the kettle they provide after we drank it.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice; we didn’t even hear our neighbours. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast.
