Located 2.8 km from La Cinta Beach and 22 km from Olbia Airport, it provides easy access to Tavolara Island and Olbia Harbour.

Cleanliness, location, and the courtyard cats were highlights. We had asked for a burnt-out light bulb to be replaced, but that never happened, and the shower enclosure was a bit damaged.

The location in San Teodoro is only minutes from the beaches and the town centre. Unfortunately, the accommodation looked poorly maintained and would need more upkeep, with several damaged pieces of furniture. Given the price per night and the rating on Booking, I expected a higher standard. The cleanliness left me puzzled: I found hairs in the bathroom drawer where the soap was, and a hair on the towel; there was also some mildew in the shower. The TV didn’t work properly because the channels were unavailable. Overall, I think with better cleaning and maintenance the experience could be much better. I’m sorry to post a negative review, especially since the host was always kind in messages and asked if everything was fine. That’s why I chose to honestly share what I encountered during the stay.

The apartment was luxurious and spacious, a perfect stay 😁. It’s a shame that, given the size of the apartment, there was no washing machine (we stayed 9 days) and we had no luck with the network, so no internet or TV.

Great location, parking available, everything within reach, and the cleaning was excellent. The kitchen equipment is very minimalistic—no scissors, just one small pan for two adults. The main burner on the gas stove was completely rusted.
