“Pésima atención”

The facilities were nice and spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped; we stayed in a double room, but the mattress was uncomfortable, cold, and the bathroom was neither bad nor very clean. I only appreciated Luli’s attentive and helpful service, while the rest of the staff neither offered information nor greeted us, and they didn’t even help with our luggage. We were there for a weekend off‑season; they told us there would be breakfast after the long weekend, but they never mentioned it. One day we happened to go downstairs and could eat whatever was left. The staff were always watching TV, it was very cold, and there were noises at all hours.

The place is great, and the girls who work there are always in a good mood. I felt welcomed right away and the vibe was just right.

Everything was solid – the staff were super friendly, and when a room issue popped up we talked it over with Lucho, the manager, and it got sorted out. I’m grateful for the quick fix and look forward to another stay.

“Joyitaaaaaa”

The people here are incredible and super friendly, everything’s spotless, and breakfast is the best I’ve seen – I even made a scrambled egg, no stale pastries, fresh bread, fruit, toasters, all that good stuff. First time in a hostel, I’d definitely come back. It can feel romantic, but I was alone in a 6‑bed room so it wasn’t the best for romance; private rooms are a better deal.

I love that there’s always a good vibe and they try to fix everything. The staff are very kind and I always come back, but the shower needs some maintenance.
