“Strategic & clean”

The location is strategic, close to the NU Mall and a food store within walking distance. The iron board is wall‑mounted, so ironing a shawl or hijab is quite troublesome.

I booked a single room, but it was small and cramped; the hotel should not have placed a large double bed in rooms meant for one person, which left me with little space to move.

“Sickening”

The only thing I liked was the convenient location near NU Sentral mall, KL Sentral LRT hub and various restaurants. Cleanliness was a problem: I had many bed bugs bite me over several nights, initially thinking it was an allergic reaction because I only noticed severe rashes and bumps on my shoulders, back, and arms in the mornings, with no bugs visible on the bed or pillow. Later I lifted the mattress cover and saw many bed bugs crawling around; the rashes were caused by the bites. After reporting to the front desk I was moved to another room, but the damage was already done, and I had to see a doctor to treat the rashes.

“Not happy”

The photos on the website don’t match the actual room at all, and the price you see in the quote isn’t what you end up paying.
