The studio was spotless, the bed was comfy, and there was plenty of storage. Having a fridge, freezer, microwave, pots and pans, and kettle made a longer stay easy. I liked the patio, blackout curtains, effective AC, and daily housekeeping that kept towels and essentials topped up. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here. The staff were kind and attentive, especially when I fell very ill one night; they helped me and called the next afternoon to check on me since I hadn’t gone out as usual. That personal care meant a lot. The pool was peaceful when I used it, and restaurants, shops, and gyms I visited were generally 5–10 minutes away by Grab or Gojek. At US$444.69 for 10 nights, I thought it was good value overall. The only issue was the shower temperature; the water never seemed properly hot, and I only remembered one warm shower during my stay. I didn’t report it to staff. It didn’t ruin the trip, but reliable hot water would be a reason for me to try another property next time. Construction outside was usually manageable, except on a day I stayed in bed feeling unwell. The entrance road was rocky on arrival but was fixed before I left, so that part of my arrival video no longer reflected conditions at checkout. The hallway carpet wasn’t my preference, though that was a minor point.

The rooms are clean, but it was noisy outside our windows; the balcony had construction and was loud.

I had a great stay at Sunny Aparts. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the busy Seminyak & Canggu areas (roughly 10‑20 mins by bike) while still enjoying a quieter part of Bali. The staff were very welcoming and always supportive. The room was spacious with a king bed, couch, table, kitchenette, and a bathroom. Definitely recommend. The only minor issue was the ongoing construction nearby, which was loud at times but manageable; it should finish in the next few months.
