The location, room size, hot water in the shower, cleanliness, and high level of service are all excellent. The staff are caring and try to help; we returned for a second stay and when a problem arose they acted immediately. Nothing to complain about.

The accommodation made our Rome holiday even more special, with a perfect location right in the Jewish Ghetto, a short walk from the Great Synagogue, kosher restaurants, and all major sights. What really set it apart was the personal, warm, and caring attitude of the staff who were available for any question or request. On our last morning we had to leave early, and the owner came personally, without us asking, to prepare sandwiches for our journey—a touching gesture that shows the exceptional hospitality. We left feeling wonderful and eager to return. The only thing to note is that the rooms are not especially large, but that wasn’t a problem for us since we spent most days touring Rome and only needed a place to rest, shower, and sleep. Also, there aren’t spacious common areas; the entrance doubles as a small dining area with only two tables, and breakfast is fairly basic, but that didn’t matter to us because we preferred to enjoy Rome’s food and attractions. These points are worth knowing in advance, especially for those looking for a roomy hotel or a classic experience, but they didn’t affect our enjoyment at all.

I was greeted by Concy outside the building and she escorted me to my room. Leo delivered a fantastic breakfast, called a taxi for me, helped with my suitcase, and walked me to the corner until the taxi arrived, watching me get in—quite a unique experience. Thanks a lot.

השירות האדיב מכל הלב של קונסי והמיקום. אין מספיק מקום לכל האורחים בארוחת בוקר. יש מקום רק ל 4-5 אנשים. מציעים אופציה לארוחת בוקר בחדר אבל זה ממש לא נוח
