The hotel's location on the waterfront offered some of the most stunning views I've ever seen from a room.

The staff are okay. The room view and floor are dirty, especially the bathroom floor where my daughter and I slipped after the shower. The floor was slimy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, and no slippers were provided. I called and was told a slipper would be given, but I couldn’t find one and didn’t have the energy to call back after a tiring swim and before bed.
The staff and facilities are good. The sink in the bathroom has low water pressure.
The regular cleaning of the pool and the food were good, but we had trouble getting bottled water during our stay and had to wait until 8am for the wall‑climbing instructor and for the pool, which took 30 minutes before we could use it.
The bed was extremely comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. It would be great if the shower water pressure could be improved.
