The staff were friendly, but they weren’t exactly competent. The place was dirty and old, with floor tiles lifting up and dangerous to walk on barefoot, and the lock was broken yet I was still sent to that room, showing zero management ability.

I'm still waiting for a refund after a frustrating conversation with the hotel manager about my issues. Unfortunately, the service was subpar, and the room had a strong unpleasant smell. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and I felt like my personal space was invaded during check-in. The hotel's management style, which seems to be run by Indian owners, came across as unfriendly.

My experience at this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. As I approached the hotel, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and when I tried to check in, one of them literally ran away from the door. When I finally managed to get into my room, I was hit in the face by the slamming door, and the whole place reeked of mildew. To top it all off, the safe in my room had a key lock, which made it completely insecure.

For the price, I thought the hotel was a good value, but it's definitely showing its age. The maintenance was lacking, but I only stayed for one night, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, it was a decent choice for a last-minute stay.
