Radhoo Tulum

We loved our stay in Radhoo and will definitely come back to Tulum. The property is stunning, with a superb pool and wonderful staff. We also used the sister hotel’s beachside cabanas, just a minute away, and the benefit of staying here was that even if the beach was full of seaweed we could always swim in the hotel’s pool. Both hotels have a fantastic pool bar and menu, which we adored, especially the many gluten‑free options.

The hotel is very nice, especially the pool area, which we enjoyed. The room was also nice and the bed very comfortable. All staff were very attentive and helped us right away when we had questions. You can borrow bicycles for free, which was very convenient. Thanks to a partnership with nearby hotels, you get direct beach access. Unfortunately, there were a lot of algae on the beach (mid‑April), which the hotel can’t control. Only very little light in the bathroom, no night lamps. Breakfast is small but still tasty and high quality. In our opinion, the overall price‑performance ratio of the hotel isn’t quite right. It’s nice, but the high price is still not justified. On our Mexico tour we stayed at cheaper hotels with similar standards, but that’s probably Tulum.

“A gem of a property that offered complete relaxation and the option t enjoy the beach area right across the street if in”

The staff were amazing and the property felt tranquil and secluded among the trees. Our tree top room with a hammock netting was absolutely amazing to relax on during the evening hours. The pool was a beautiful size and well kept. Such a lovely place to relax and having a restaurant onsite was convenient. The hotel offered beach access for free across the street at two properties that are lovely. If you have walking limitations, they would take you in a golf cart at no charge.

“Grosse déception”

The environment is truly incredible, it's sumptuous. The staff are really very kind and welcoming. We did not receive the room we had booked, and after informing the receptionist nothing was offered even though other rooms were available. What they call “junior suites” are actually just rooms. And honestly the setting is magnificent but the rooms are rather basic; we found it far too expensive. We were really very disappointed.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Tulum, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Alex at the restaurant was a highlight of our stay. We were also upgraded to a better room during the off-season, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, this hotel is my top choice in Tulum.
