“Calm and Beautiful River View”

I spotted the hotel right by the Mekong River, and the view was gorgeous. The weekend breakfast had a huge spread of dishes. The bathroom was fine, though the shower could use a facelift.

We had been there 13 years ago, and we mentioned that, they brought us some cakes after the meal as thank you. Food was good, atmosphere relaxing, we will come back again. Lighting in rooms could be improved

The location was good and the breakfast tasty, but the room I was assigned leaked when it rained heavily, and they hadn’t inspected it before letting us in, so we had to be moved to another room in the evening; the Wi‑Fi was slow and spotty, and the hot water was unsatisfactory.

They adhered to our requests on booking, because we travelled as a family. The whole place is awesome really. The breakfast and the breakfast setting was second to none, sitting in the open air on the banks of the mighty Mekong, and not a sound. All the staff were really great and attentive. The grounds are immaculate. The feel of the place was very realaxing and satisfying. The photo's do match the rooms. For example, we booked a room thinking it was a king size bed because the photo's had king size beds in them. But they were two single beds. They informed us that we booked a singles suite. But I informed them the photo's showed a King size bed in every room. This was decieving. However they gave us a room with a King size bed. A free upgrade he said
