The hotel's location was perfect, with the bus station right outside and Ximen station just a minute's walk away.
The hotel was spotless, and I particularly enjoyed the great shower after a long day of sightseeing.
Lin was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me with my arrangements.

The staff were very helpful, answering any question and assisting with everything. Francis at the front desk went the extra mile and walked my elderly mother to the laundry at the other Orange Hotel. The location was great and easy to reach anywhere; Ximen station is the hub of all major subway lines and close to major shopping streets. I wish the desk had been bigger; the side desk was very small and only fit a few items.
