The property felt authentically Roman, the location was superb, and the staff were wonderful; the balcony was a highlight, and there were no problems.

The location was super convenient, far enough from the tourist chaos yet close to everything.

The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, but the balcony door kept opening on its own and wouldn’t stay shut.

The staff communicated well and were quick to grant our early check‑in request, always replying to messages; the room was truly spacious and well equipped, the location was excellent, and getting around Rome was easy; however, the air conditioning needed cleaning.

Being close to Trastevere and the Vatican was a plus, but the air conditioning didn’t work well during the day, though we didn’t spend much time in the room then.
