The check‑in was smooth, and the receptionist was very friendly, smiling, and helpful. He explained everything we needed: where to park, how to get to the hotel after reception hours, and when the restaurant and its meals were available. When we entered our room, we were stunned—especially by the view of Lake Como. Stepping onto the terrace felt like we were literally on the lake. The view was insane, hard to describe in words—something so beautiful I had never seen before. The lake atmosphere complemented the style in which the rooms and bathrooms are finished—everything was beautifully done and totally matched the surroundings. The rooms were clean, the towels and sheets fresh and fragrant, the bed huge and comfortable. We also booked dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was something I’ve never tasted in my life—an absolutely amazing culinary experience. Everything was simply delicious. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. My fiancée and I could bring drinks to our room and enjoy them in the intimate atmosphere on the room terrace with a view of Lake Como—unforgettable moments. The morning breakfast and coffee were also tasty. I could write about this hotel and restaurant forever—it was the most beautiful experience we’ve ever had. I highly recommend it—this hotel is totally worth its price.

“Perfect location, friendly service, gorgeous views, tremendous value”

The balcony at the restaurant gives the most magical, breathtaking view of the lake, and I was lucky to sit right in front of it every morning. The dining staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast is absolutely delicious—I love how they ask for your coffee preference and cook your eggs exactly how you want them. The location is insane, just a few minutes’ walk from the Tremezzo ferry, which is a lifeline to all the neighboring towns, and only a few steps from the bus that can also take you to nearby towns. I think this property actually offers tremendous value for the price. My room was very comfortable, which is a big deal because I booked the attic room last minute—it was the only option and I was nervous it would be dark and awful. Surprisingly, it was perfectly cozy and large, with most of the comforts I needed. I’d love a kettle and tea/coffee in the bathroom, and I wish the hotel had a third space, like a lounge, outdoor area, pool, etc. Don’t get me wrong, the balcony seats at the restaurant, and of course the restaurant itself is a third space, but it’s only open and accessible for needs. It would just be nice to have a place to gather. If space allows, perhaps they can consider that in the future.
