alles in allem ein sehrschönes Hotel, auch die Lage ist super - alles wichtige ist zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstücks Buffet hätte besser sein können

I called to ask if we could be 15 minutes late for checkout; the staff said that was fine. But at exactly 11 am, all water was shut off while my partner was in the middle of her shower – not great. Other than that, it was the best stay I’ve had in a long time. Room 3018.

Personnel très disponible à l’accueil. Pas d’attente même lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de monde. Chambre propre et confortable. Prix du parking. On entend un peu le bruit de la ville. Mais je pense que c’est inévitable pour un centre ville comme celui de Toronto
