“Brilliant Heritage Hotel. Great value”

A brilliant hotel. One of the beat hotels i have ever stayed in. A true heritage hotel, with a great historic DNA to.it. Facilities were great amd extensive. Room was spacious, clean and huge bathroom. Free mini barr and access to a club room for free in 1893 bar.canapés and drinks. Highly recommended. All was great apart from my wife and I being awoken at 12.30am, one of the nights by a lady to talk about 'Spa services'. Aside from that it was perfect overall

Everything was fantastic: the interior quality was top‑tier, the location unbeatable, and the staff—especially Eva, Frank, Iris, and Serena—went above and beyond to make my girlfriend’s birthday memorable. I couldn’t find a single flaw in the experience, and the breakfast was equally impressive.

“Nice hotel in good location, but with improvement potential”

The hotel sits in a great spot and the building itself is very nice with attractive décor. However, the spa facilities were unusable because the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were all switched off, and the housekeeper left the room door open for hours after cleaning.

The building is stunning and the surroundings are beautiful. My room was superb and the service excellent. The bath was a bit small for a suite, but overall the bathroom was brilliant.
