The hotel was very clean. I’ve booked here twice in a year and a half because it has an indoor pool for my son and a hot tub for me. Last March the pool was out, so we had to change hotels as promised. This time the hot tub was also broken, so I got zero out of the two amenities I booked. Very frustrating.

The hotel was clean, but breakfast stopped at 10:00 and at 9:30 the toasters were off with no pancake batter, making several guests wait a long time; after arriving after 9:00 PM they threatened to charge $50, non‑refundable, for our 8‑pound dog—something that never happened in previous stays with this chain; fortunately she is a service dog, so they waived the fee, which was a relief.
