The check‑in was flawless; the road to the hotel was cleared and we received a helpful email with directions, plus staff assisted us with our luggage and the stairs. It’s also great that there’s a dedicated parking spot. At check‑out, however, we weren’t helped on the stairs and lugging the bags was a hassle, but once the street was cleared the issue was fixed.
