The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, so getting to the fifth floor with luggage is exhausting for older people.

The location is fantastic and the room is nice. I ordered a room with breakfast, but the breakfast consisted only of a coffee machine, vacuum‑sealed cakes, and two cups. It wasn’t a proper hotel breakfast, so we had to go to a café for a meal. This place isn’t suitable for people with disabilities.
“Stinky sewer smell in the bathroom”
The location is good, but nothing else stands out. It was extremely noisy, with happy people at night, early‑morning market vendors, and construction workers. I couldn’t sleep at all.

Die moderne Ausstattung, sehr gutes Bett, modernes Bad, die Lage ist exzellent, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar - über Whatsapp. Die Rezeption als auch die Zimmer sind nur über sehr steile, enge Treppen erreichbar, was uU bei größerem Gepäck sehr umständlich und schwierig wird. Wir hatten das ‚Pech‘ ein Zimmer zur Piazza zu haben, sehr schöner Ausblick, jedoch sehr viel Lärm in der Nacht von den Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, eine zusätzliche Isolation der Fenster wäre von Vorteil für die, die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Frühstück ist voreingepackt, süße Stückchen auf dem Zimmer zu essen. Wer es etwas kerniger mag, muss sich selbst versorgen

The owner is very friendly, and the property is located in a strict city centre so you can walk around most of the city. The room is beautifully furnished and very quiet.
