The kitchen, plus the price, was fine once we finally counted it, lol. I wish there was more description that some items are located out back. The toilet/bathroom needs a new light.

“Lovely big room but a few minor issues- shower screen door and a lamp without a globe.”

The location is good with easy access to off‑street parking, and the key‑pad entry is secure. The room is very clean. The shower screen door is hard to open and close, and the second lamp has no light globe.

“Small and Comfortable with everything you need and close enough to town”

The kitchen has a stove, microwave, and small fridge, so I could walk down the road to Woolworths and cook a healthy meal instead of eating out. The bed was very relaxing and the reverse‑cycle AC kept the room comfortable. It’s only a 2 km walk into central Bendigo, either down the main street or along the Bendigo Creek Trail, and there are plenty of nice cafés, restaurants, or take‑away options nearby. I would have liked a pot for cooking; with only a single frypan I had to fry eggs instead of boiling them.

“Not worth it for the price honestly wouldn’t stay there again even if we got a 50% discount not good”

The spot was the only good thing, but the toilet roll holder under the bed was filthy, broken, and wonky. There was no basic cooking gear—just one knife—and the plates, bowls, and cutlery were almost non‑existent.
