“Huge waste of money!”
The hotel is in a central location, and fortunately there are many other hotels around because this one isn’t a good option. When we arrived at 5 pm, no one was at the front desk. The room wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in; I saw a dirty snow suit with underwear in the drawer. The mattress caused back pain for my entire family. The internet didn’t work and maintenance was unhelpful. Breakfast was cold and flavorless. Staff communication was very poor. No one told us we would have to pay for parking, and when I called to ask about this expected charge on my credit card I was basically called a liar. I had a wonderful experience at the Fairfield Marriott in Brampton and thought this place would be similar, but it was just more expensive with very low standards.
