Caroline and Benjamin were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their three‑course breakfasts were outstanding—never seen a breakfast presented so beautifully or a menu designed so creatively.

The breakfast was truly hearty and delicious, and the manor’s location is walking distance from town yet still very quiet. The room, though beautifully decorated, felt a bit cramped because of the large furniture, and there was little sound insulation from the corridor, so we could hear every conversation. We were unlucky to be there at the same time as some visitors who claimed they returned every year, and they seemed a bit too relaxed and loud.

The breakfast was fantastic and the owners were really welcoming, which made a good first impression. Unfortunately the room felt tiny, barely enough space to move around, and the mattress was far too soft to get a decent night's sleep.
