The welcome was warm and the place wasn’t far from transport. We couldn’t store our luggage in the rooms, the walls had no soundproofing so everything could be heard, and there were no locks on the doors, so privacy was a problem. Also, being unable to be in the house from 11 h to 19 h was an issue because the listing didn’t mention that.

Very good stay with Aki! The room was traditional, with tatami and futon and it was really comfortable. Aki took great care of us and gave us information. Note that it’s a shared guest‑house with other visitors, but we had no problems because they were respectful. Check‑in was late, but we could drop off luggage before and pick it up after check‑out, which was very convenient. It was really a great value for staying in Tokyo.
