The house hasn’t seen a broom in a long time; hygiene is scarce, it’s very noisy because some pump starts every 10 minutes and makes the wall vibrate. It’s only suitable for those who can sleep deeply or have good earplugs. Communication in English is also impossible.

The location and the stuff help me with the luggage, but the bathroom is dirty and bed bugs are sucking my blood in the middle of the night. Midnight check‑in, a Thai lady talks loudly on the phone.

The place was quiet and cozy, but the cleanliness was only average and I found a bed bug. The front‑desk lady swapped our room for another one and that was fine.

The design and the owner came across as nice, and the beds were big and comfortable with curtains. However, there were bed bugs in the hostel and the owner didn’t seem to take it seriously; I received a partial refund after reaching out to customer service. The bathrooms—just a toilet and a shower—were limited to two for up to 15 people, so I often had to wait a long time, especially in the morning. On several occasions there was no toilet paper and the bathrooms were not very clean. The balcony is attached to a room upstairs that is booked frequently, so I couldn’t use it.

The beds are very comfortable and larger than average, and there’s a thick blanket. With the blackout curtains you get plenty of privacy and a small personal space. The hostel is modernly furnished, the bathrooms are modern and clean, and it’s very quiet in the accommodation. The location is a bit outside the city centre, but that wasn’t a problem for me.
