The location. Pessimo. I booked a room with air conditioning, but on arrival they said they had none, only a fan, and offered me either a fan room or to cancel in the app. The app had already charged me more than 24 hours earlier and there was no refund if I cancelled that day. I had no choice but to leave because I’d already paid for a taxi, had my luggage, a baby, and needed a room so the baby could rest. The rooms were very ugly, there were no towels, a cockroach appeared at night, and the internet was useless. Pessimo, pessimo service.

The location is right next to the center. The air conditioning didn’t work, there was a lack of cleaning and maintenance, and the mattresses were very old.
