The location was good, the equipment and room were fine, the standard was just okay, everything was clean and fresh, and the host was friendly. It was extremely hard to find, far from the main road, the worst luggage transport I’ve ever had, hard to reach the host, no phone response, no walkthrough of the kitchen or its facilities, and the beds were hard.

The accommodation was clean and on the best street; everything is within walking distance (train station, ferry, and nearby sights). The host lady is very pleasant and helpful, living in the house. If we ever go back to Naples, we’ll definitely use this spot again.

The location is ideal for walking around Naples, right in the historic center, on a lively street full of shops and bars, so we’d do it again! The breakfast could use a salty option, and the shower water is hard to control—it comes out either too hot or too cold.

The spot is great for strolling around the center on foot; we checked in at 23:30, the host welcomed us kindly and didn’t charge any extra fee, and she kept our luggage for the whole day after check‑out.
