“Horrible, vergonzoso, no se puede dormir.”

The place is located well, but the room we got was impossible to sleep in. First, the terrace faced a wall, and second, at night every air‑conditioner was running—noise reached 55 decibels at 2:30 am and the room vibrated. We asked for a room change, but they said none were available, which was a lie because both the website and the booking listing showed free rooms. The staff knew about the noise issue yet still assigned that room, which is shameful. They blamed the noise on the neighboring block and refused responsibility; we filed complaints through booking.

“Muito satisfeita.”

The hotel is very well located, with very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast isn’t very varied but is good. The water has a strong well‑water smell, but nothing annoying. I have nothing to complain about. It’s a simple hotel that met all my and my friend’s needs. Shops and restaurants are nearby, Uber is easy to access, it’s close to the historic center (walkable) and near the Culture Promenade. For walkers, you can walk to the Arraial ferry exit and back to the hotel at night without problems.

“Vale mto a pena, porém...”

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was great, close to everything, and the staff were attentive. The room itself was extremely small, and the pool couldn’t be enjoyed because there was no shaded area or umbrellas when it was sunny, leaving it completely sun‑baked in the afternoon.

“Boa viagem”

The hotel itself is fantastic and sits right next to the alcohol promenade, but the bathroom stall is extremely cramped and the water runs cold, otherwise it’s a great place.
