We were shocked to find the hotel closed and forbidden when we arrived at night in the rain, and neither the hotel nor the platform informed us; we asked nearby people who “heard that” guests were redirected to regional hotels, and after walking several blocks we found our reservation at the Requinte Hotel, a much lower‑tier place than what we had booked, where the experience was awful; I expect compensation from Hanna Hotel and the platform. Upon arrival the hotel was shut by the council, I had booked through the website and was not notified; the phone number they left there didn’t answer, so I had to find another hotel—don’t book this place!

The hotel was under renovation, so I stayed at the Sandrin Praia, which is wonderful; however, the accommodation never told me that guests would be redirected to Sandrin, so I spent 20 minutes outside the closed building trying to call a number that didn’t exist on the front door, and luckily a renovation staff member saw me and directed me to Sandrin.
