“Fulfilled its purpose, but wouldn’t go back”

The spot was perfect – just a stone's throw from the town centre and the lake, tucked away on a quiet side street, and the bed was comfy and smelled fresh. Unfortunately the sink in my room was filthy and the shared bathroom was covered in mould, especially on the ceiling, making a shower almost unbearable. On top of that you could hear everything in the building, and for the price I think it was overrated, so I wouldn't book again.

Right in the centre and the host was friendly, which made checking in easy. The kitchen, however, left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

The manager kindly carried my suitcase up to the second floor, and the room came with a free coffee machine and two bottles of half‑liter mineral water. Since we were tied up at the event all day we didn't get a chance to see much else.

“Nur als Notlösung geeignet”

The room was fairly quiet, only occasional street noise from the neighbour could be heard. The old building feels like a DIY project with Ikea furniture, no air‑conditioning or ventilation, the kebab shop downstairs smells up the whole floor, cigarette smoke drifts in at night, the fridge hums loudly and the space is cramped for a double bed, plus there was no staff on site.

“Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ok, aber trotzdem teuer”

Location is solid – just minutes to the lake and right in town, and they even have a bike cellar with e‑bike charging points. The shower ceiling was mouldy and the fridge still held some old leftovers, which was disappointing.
